Real Luck Group Announces $5 Million Private Placement of Special Warrants Led by Gravitas Securities Inc.

CALGARY and ISLE OF MAN – Real Luck Group Ltd. (TSXV: LUCK) and its subsidiary companies doing business as “Luckbox,” a provider of legal, real money esports and sports betting, announces an agreement with Gravitas Securities Inc.

4,166,666 special warrants, at a price of $1.20 each, for gross proceeds of approximately $5,000,000, with an option for an additional 625,000 Special Warrants, at any time up to 30 days following the closing date.

Each Warrant will entitle the holder to one unit of LUCK, without payment of additional consideration, and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase an additional common share at a price of $1.50 for a period of 36 months from close.

The net proceeds of the Offering are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

LUCK is an award-winning betting company that offers legal, real-money betting, live streams, and statistics on all major esports and sports on desktop and mobile devices.
