On the table today: Canopy Growth selling Smith Falls, the David Bois Lawsuit, adult use of cannabis in Germany, Curaleaf and TerrAscend listing on the TSX, the New York OCM, the state of Maryland going live – and let’s also not forget Ohio did as well – the House Speaker chaos that happened this year, all the ups and downs regarding SAFE (and SAFER) Banking, and of course, the recommendation by the HHS that cannabis be rescheduled from Schedule I to III controlled substance.
