Overall, the TDR Comprehensive Cannabis Index had a return of 2.2%. Conversely, the TDR US REIT Small and Micro Cap companies registered a minor decrease. This index includes our friends at NewLake and their competitors, as well as non-cannabis-focused small and microcap REITs in the USA for comparison. The leaders and laggards were as follows: Statehouse experienced a 40.3% increase, while Nova Cannabis was up by over 24%.

The underperformers were Leef and Tilt, with losses of 13.5% and 8.1%, respectively, despite the broader cannabis market showing gains.

For Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), “Dune 2” earned $81.5M, marking the biggest movie opening of the year. Frankly, I am so happy. I consider “Dune 1” more of a real-life psychedelic spiritual awakening documentary than an actual movie. I haven’t had the chance yet, but I look forward to seeing Dune 2 with the family.
