Don Murphy Sets The Record Straight On Current Administration

Also, huge news from Europe: Germany will now be one of the select group of countries and jurisdictions with legalized cannabis policies in the EU.
GUAP and Shadd Dales unpack the news of Germany’s parliamentary vote on decriminalization and recreational use, which happened just this morning. Medical marijuana has been going strong there for a while, and Germany represents half of the MMJ market with some 230,000 patients. 2023 sales, GUAP points out, were around $430m USD. Rec use is big, since Germany currently has the 4th largest GDP in the world. Tune in to hear all about it and what the timeline is for it to go into effect.
