Havn Life Sciences CEO on Decriminalization of Psychedelics in Oregon and Washington D.C.

Havn Life Sciences CEO Tim Moore joined us on The Dales Report to discuss the recent news earlier this week concerning the US Election and the decriminalization of psychedelics in Oregon and Washington D.C. both.

Preliminary results indicated just after 10 p.m. EST on Tuesday evening that Initiative 81 in Washington, D.C. had passed, decriminalizing a wide range of psychedelic drugs and substances. By Wednesday morning, results indicated that 76.5 percent voted ‘yes’.

Across the country in the state of Oregon, Oregonians voted in favor of Measure 109, which allows patients 21-and-over to buy, possess, and consume psychedelic drugs at “psilocybin service centers.”
